Sharon Inglefield
Chief Executive Officer

Sharon Inglefield is a professional committed to personalized quality service.   Her watchwords are practiced amongst her team of professionals - integrity, service and professionalism.  She doesn't believe in mediocrity and has worked consistently in the real estate industry since 1978 welcoming client feedback positively, so as to improve the service of the company which she mans as Nealco Real Estate Limited.   Sharon specializes in all aspects of real estate, but more particularly consultancy services, including market research for the development of property, valuations, request for proposals. Sharon has been with the Neal & Massy Group of Companies for almost 25 years, and therefore has a wealth of  product knowledge of the real estate industry and stands by her beliefs in a Group that puts integrity, people, and service firstly before all other aspects of business.  Some of her clients and that of her team include: KMart x 3 sites including Barbados; Texaco - purchase and disposal of over 13 gas station sties as well as residential real estate; Mc Donalds - 4 sites; KFC; Vemco; PriceSmart & Price Plaza; Huggins; Agostini; McAl; Bptt; BHP Billiton; Exxon Mobile; Shell; EOG Resources; TSTT; British High Commission.

Sharon is a director of Nealco Properties Limited, and was a board member of Hilo Food Stores.  Sharon was also an early board member of the Association of Real Estate Agents contributing to the industry's education and standards for several years.

Vashtee Ramit
Accountant

Vashtee joined Nealco Real Estate in October 2007 and she solely manages the financial activities for the Company. Vashtee is a qualified accountant who is responsible for compiling and analyzing our financial information, including budgets, forecast, reviews, expenditure and revenue trends, as well as the controls that are in keeping with our coperate compliance responsibilities and standards of business practices of a publicly traded company.  It is said that the "early bird catches the worm" and this statement is particularly true where Vashtee is concerned, since being an early starter, she is able to fend all types of problematic issues that sometimes arise in the workplace and find unique solutions by the time our team gets into the office.

Alana de Montbrun
Marketing Manager

Alana has been with Nealco Real Estate since 1994 and she is the glue that ensures the consistency in the day-to-day running of the Company. Her responsibilities include marketing and advertising, all the IT and communication systems, as well as the co-ordination and training of the 12 sales agents at Gray Street.  Alana is the marketing manager at Nealco and she ensures that our exclusive clients are happy with the way their properties are being advertised and marketed as well as serviced by our team.  She strives for excellence, and works closely with our agents at Gray Street to assist them in making their hectic and demanding days easier!  Alana has also assisted the CEO with many projects including some of the Request for Proposals and Business Plans, as for example the proposal and tendering process of the 13 developers for the BHP Billiton, Invaders Bay, A class office building comprising over 80,000 sf gross.  

Natasha Sundersingh
Expatriate Services Co-Ordinator � Hilton Office

Natasha has been employed with Nealco Real Estate since 1998 and has been a reliable, trustworthy and loyal member of our team.  She is extremely proud of her role as a professional within Nealco managing our Hilton office; her main responsibility is co-ordinating the rentals and settling-in of our expatriate families.  Natasha understands the need to make these families feel welcome in Trinidad and ensures that our agents are assisted with the necessary tools to make this transition easy.   Moving from Country to Country is not always easy and the cultural shock can be daunting, but Natasha ensures that no "stone is left unturned" to make our resident guests welcome.   

Alison Marsan
Administrator – San Fernando Office

Alison joined Nealco Real Estate Limited in 2003.  She has single-handedly manned our south division ever since and has gained a wealth of knowledge at the university of "hard knocks" during her time with us.  There is never a dull moment in our field of real estate and Alison has always maintained a cool, confidential, professional demeanour, and is sensible enough to ask for advice when she knows that she may be "out of her depth".  This honest approach to her administrative duties has lead her to maintain a consistent and motivated team at our south branch, where she trains and leads four of our top performing sales agents.   

Wayne Humphrey
Property Management Facilitator

Wayne is a very honest, practical and straight forward person. He is not afraid to get his hands dirty when it comes to property management. He often takes it upon himself to fix minor problems or assist contractors with work required when deemed necessary. Always seeking knowledge, he is eager to learn more "tricks of the trade" to deal with any issues that may arise himself. He has an exceptional attention to detail ensuring that all properties under his belt are well taken care of.

Denise Francis-Lau
Administrative Assistant

Denise is the newest member of our Team; she is a hard working and an organized person, dedicated to the task.  She is willing to learn and is open to new and innovative ways of getting the job done.  We welcome Denise to our Team.

Marilyn Ali
Administrative Assistant

Marilyn has great organizational abilities as well as customer relation skills.  Her professional image provides Nealco's walk-in traffic with a good first impression.  Together with our administrative staff, she coordinates our key registry ensuring that our clients privacy is maintained.  Marilyn's mature approach to camaraderie keeps us in good stead and we value her contribution to our team.camerade

Thora Crichlow
Office Assistant

Thora has been with Nealco Real Estate Limited for over 3 years, at which time our real estate division (now a limited company) split from Nealco Properties and relocated to St Clair.  Thora is an integral part of our operation since she ensures all our housekeeping is in good order and assist us with our front-desk responsibilities especially to our clients.  Thora is always pleasant and is a great team player willing to assists our staff and our clients with the daily tasks of running a smooth operation.  It is the little things you do and say that make people feel good about themselves that really count - we all have Thora to thank for this.

Deron Assing
Office Assistant

Deron is a hard worker and is entrusted with our Company's mail and banking. He is therefore extremely trustworthy and reliable. His pride in his job is knowing that his deliveries are always within the given timeframe.  Deron prefers to be known as the funster of Nealco!  We like to also think of him as someone with unrealized potential.

Nichola Thomson
Assistant Property Management Co-Ordinator

Nichola is easy going and definitely a "people person".  Nichola is an integral part of our operation since she ensures that our Property Management accounts are maintained to the highest level and our clients get their property reports on a timely basis.  Nichola takes care of their business so that they can sit back and relax while they are confident that their financial investments are well taken care of.
