Amit Mirhai is the youngest member of our sales team. Amit joined us in 1997 and continues to bring fresh and vibrant perspectives to the market. He specializes in residential sales and commercial sales/rentals in East and Central Trinidad.

Beverly Williams joined in 2005 during which time, she has focused on residential sales in the North/East Trinidad and in Tobago.  Bev is never afraid to "knock on doors" to find a property or an owner.   She is happy to prospect and to find the right buyer for each and every property listings she handles.

Bridget Jackson joined the Nealco team in 2007 bringing with her years of real estate experience. She specializes in residential sales and executive rentals in the North/West Trinidad.  Bridget is consistently meticulous and provides excellent feedback.  She does a great job of ensuring our expatriate families are provided with a good impression of Trinidad.  She is also bi-lingual - Spanish & English.

Carol Wells joined the Nealco team in 1995. She specializes in residential sales in Santa Cruz and neighbourhoods in East Trinidad.  A no-nonsence agent with a straightforward approach to real estate.  

David Alkins has been part of the Nealco family since 1993, during which time he has gained experience in all aspects of real estate. He specializes in commercial sales and rentals in North West & East & Central Trinidad and has an incredible memory for product knowledge particularly in commercial real estate.

Ian Parkinson joined the Nealco team since 2001 and has specialized in residential and commercial sales and rentals in North West & East Trinidad.   Ian is patient and understanding, working consistently hard to meet the many demands of real estate and of his clients.  He aims to please!

Jane Waddell became part of the Nealco family in 2005. Jane specializes in residential sales in North/West Trinidad.  What a happy agent who enjoys people.  Nothing is ever too much trouble for Jane.

John Marquez became part of our team in 1991 and specializes in commercial and residential brokerage in North West Trinidad. John has been in the real estate brokerage since 1980, and is a relaxed and even-tempered agent who is always willing to "see the other side".  He has a good understanding of real estate in general and provides solid investment advice.  John enjoys IT management systems and is a great assistant to us in this respect.

Kern Ramsammy joined the Nealco family in 2008. Kern is focusing on residential sales and local rentals in North/West Trinidad.  Kern is a great listener and always willing to learn.

Richard Aristeguieta has been working with Nealco since 1998 during which time Richard has focused on residential sales in the North/West Trinidad.  Richard is persistent and will always try his best to please.   He is also bi-lingual - Spanish & English.  

Savitri Samaroo joined our Company in 2007 and has focused on residential and commercial sales/rentals in Central Trinidad - traditionally a very difficult market.  Savi remains diligent in her efforts to succeed and is honest and hardworking.  She has recently expanded her horizon to include some areas in East Trinidad.  Savi is always willing to share of all the wonderful baked items she makes and our favourites include sweet bread, cheesecake, carrot cake.
