4. WASA Receipt and Certificate of Clearance [to completion date]
    
5. Consent from Director of Surveys if land is leased from the State or City Council
    
6. Release of Mortgage IN ESCROW and Discharge Statement showing a daily accrual of Interest
    
7. Completion Certificate from the Local Government Authority - Only in the case of a newly constructed building
    

CONDOMINIUMS/TOWNHOUSES

1. Deed of Lease
    
2. WASA Receipt, Land Tax Receipt & Management Receipt
    
3. Memorandum & Articles of Association
    
4. Share Certificate - ORIGINAL on completion - only in the case of a Company limited by the shares, not guarantee
    
5. Letter from Company stating maintenance fees and what they include
    
6. Release of Mortgage IN ESCROW and Discharge Statement showing a daily accrual of interest
    
7. Consent from Director of Surveys, if land is leased from the State/City Council
    
8. Confirmation of Sixth Schedule Annual Returns
    
9. Completion Certificate from the Local Government Authority - Only in the case of newly constructed units
